Understand crawler usage

Crawler requests have an account-wide usage allowance separate from ordinary website/app usage. The bot card's selected analytics dates and the billing period answer different questions.

Find the current allowance

Open account Billing from your account menu or Settings → Traffic & usage → View account billing. Review the crawler period, counted requests, included allowance and any overage setting shown there.

The included allowance is 100,000 counted crawler requests per bot period. Counted categories include AI answers, indexing, training and other AI crawlers, including Googlebot and Bingbot. Optional overages are a separate monthly subscription; the displayed offer and confirmation establish its price and terms. An annual base plan does not make the crawler period annual.

Optional overages

Excess collection requires an active paid base subscription and explicit overage enrollment. Existing accounts are not enrolled automatically. Review the monthly price, current allowance and billing period before confirming enrollment.

Disabling overages stops excess admission; already accrued usage remains payable according to the confirmed period. A pending cancellation or payment issue may need time to reconcile. Check its displayed status rather than repeatedly starting checkout.

Why counts may differ

Usage is an accepted-request meter, not a sum of visible chart rows. Dashboard filters, date ranges and coverage can differ. Deleting analytics, a product or crawler history does not reduce already consumed billing usage or remove required financial records.

Read Bot activity for interpretation and server tracking setup for collection. If an invoice appears wrong, contact the Jelto team with its reference and period; do not send server keys or raw request logs.
